Where do you ship?
We offer local, national, and international shipping to more than 240 countries from Honolulu through USPS. We do not offer drop-off delivery services for local purchases.
Please note that international packages may incur duty fees and taxes by your local customs at the point of delivery at the responsibility of the customer. Our products do not include these fees in the prices.
Do you ship to PO or AFO/FPO boxes?
Yes!
How will my jewelry be packaged?
All jewelry pieces come in an individual gift box.
Do you do custom orders?
Not at this time.
What is your refund policy?
We care about customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day full refund for all unworn jewelry kept in their original packaging, less any shipping fees.
Do you offer repairs?
We do not offer repairs at this time. If a customer feels that they have received a jewelry piece with defects, we will replace the jewelry if it is returned within 30 day in its original packaging, less any shipping fees.
